Question : Is there a restocking fee for returned items?
Answer : A 10% restocking fee will be charged to customers who ship authorized returns back to FASHIONDIG. FASHIONDIG will retain 1/2 of the restocking fee to help cover administrative costs. Shop owners will receive 1/2 of the restocking fee for all authorized items returned to them.
Note that in some instances the restocking fee may be waived such as if the item condition is not fully or accurately disclosed or if errors were made in listed measurements, etc. In these rare instances neither the shop nor FASHIONDIG will receive a restocking fee. FASHIONDIG will be the sole determiner of whether to waive the restocking fee.
