Question :
I don't have the item FASHIONDIG sold from my shop. What happens now?
 
Answer :
The FASHIONDIG shopping cart processes all charges immediately upon approval. It is your responsibility to make sure that all active items in your shop are available for purchase and shipping. You must contact us if any sold item is not available and we will notify the customer and modify the order. Your sales total will still be debited the standard 10% commission on the unavailable item to cover charge-backs and administrative costs.
