Return Policy

FASHIONDIG will accept returns for items purchased on the site with certain exceptions. Please read the Return Conditions and Procedures below for complete information. We will only accept returns that meet the Return Conditions and Procedures.

Items that ARE NOT returnable under any circumstance:

  • lingerie (intimate items, girdles, stockings, slips, etc.)
  • swimsuits
  • ephemera (paper goods such as books, magazines, and patterns)
  • custom or special order items
  • pierced jewelry
  • items with condition grade of "poor"
  • items purchased from international shops (item detail page will identify an international shop)

Return Conditions:

  • All returned items must be received in the original purchase condition.
  • Returned items must not have been worn, used, damaged, altered or cleaned.
  • All labels, tags, packaging or shrink-wrap on items must not be missing, broken or removed.

Return Procedures:

1. Obtain Return Authorization -

  • A Return Authorization Number must be obtained BEFORE returning any items. No refunds or credits will be given on items returned without first obtaining a Return Authorization Number.
  • Your request for a Return Authorization Number must be received within two (2) days of item delivery. (No Exceptions)
  • To obtain return authorization you should complete the return form located at the following link:
  • You will receive an E-mail reply indicating your Return Authorization Number within 24 hours if your return request is approved.
  • All requests for Return Authorization Numbers must be made online. No authorization numbers are available via telephone, fax or mail.

2. Ship Authorized Returns -

  • Return packages must be postmarked no later than four (4) business days from date of delivery.
  • Returned items must be packaged securely in the same or comparable box as shipped.
  • Return package must be sent via USPS Priority Mail, UPS 3-day Air or Federal Express Ground and insured for full purchase price. International returns must be sent via Global Priority.
  • Return shipping address will be included on the Return Authorization confirmation memo.
  • Claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be made by the shipper.

Refund Information:

Upon receiving your confirmed return, items will be carefully inspected and if conditions for return have been met a credit to your charge account will be issued within three (3) business days. We will notify you via email when the credit has been issued. The following stipulations apply to refunds and credits.

  • A 10% restocking fee will apply for all returned items.
    (Purchase Price of item less 10%)
  • Credit will ONLY be issued to the credit card on file for the original purchase.
  • Shipping, handling and insurance charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs. Returns sent COD will be refused.
