| Description: This lovely 50's cocktail dress has the unique feature of being ladylike but extremely sexy at the same time. The princess cut dress is form fitting throughout with the A-line skirt highlighting feminine curves. The bodice fits closely to the torso and has a sweeping jeweled neckline. At the waist, a thin fabric piping runs around it and below it at each side soft pleats gather to help create a more contoured fit at the hips. Off to the left side a marvelous sash with a vertical bow sweeps 2/3's down the skirt. This glamorous look is finished off with cap sleeves. A hidden zipper is find in the back of the dress with a hook and eye at the neckline and the waist. The shimmering satin brocade textile has a kelly green background with a deep beautiful shade of turquoise creating abstract roses and is lined in gray. |
