On close inspection, you'll notice the amazing navy blue flowers and green leaves are made of dyed feathers! The grosgrain ribbon trim found on the top and underside of the hat brim attest to the hand workmanship of the hat. The embroidered designer label reads ''Paris Harrington & Evans Fifth Avenue New York.'' This piece is lovely to wear and a true collector's delight. |

The hat crown is shallow and like many 40s styles not designed to fit on a head without the aid of a millinery elastic. These wonderful elastics allow the hat to fit all sizes. The hats diameter is 15''
